It is a nice size ground floor apartment with a huge private patio. It has not been recently renovated so the kitchen and bathroom could use an update, but it is definitely livable and has great closet space. You are probably familiar with the building - very nice doorman building with a community garden, access to the rooftop and a large laundry room.

We prefer someone who intends to stay in our apartment for several years, although board (re)approval is an annual process. The tenant must submit lots of paperwork and go through a personal interview with the board before approval. So we are hoping to get the ball rolling as soon as possible.

The rent is $2800 per month. Utilities (water and electric) are included.
