Day-to-day operations are the responsibility of the co-op's Managing Agent: Steve Kessler Contact the Grogan office for information about the building, moving in or out, apartment renovations, apartment sales or refinancings. The managing agent is available for appointments. Please call or e-mail Steve Keesler to make arrangements. The Managing Agent also has a brokerage division that sells apartments in this and other buildings. |
